Welcome to iTronics Egypt. By accessing our website, booking a repair online, or submitting a device to any of our service centers, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating a repair request.
1. Scope of Service & Initial Diagnosis
Authorization: By submitting your device to iTronics Egypt, you grant our certified technicians full authorization to open, dismantle, test, and inspect your device's internal components to diagnose reported or underlying faults.
Dead / High-Risk Devices: Devices delivered to our center completely powered off (dead), or those with a history of liquid damage or severe physical drops, are accepted on a customer-risk basis. The physical process of diagnosing or attempting to power on highly unstable hardware can inherently trigger latent failures. iTronics Egypt holds no liability if such a device cannot be restored to its intake state.
2. Data Liability & Customer Responsibility
⚠️ Critical Data Warning
iTronics Egypt does not guarantee the preservation of personal data. Protecting and backing up your information is your sole responsibility.
Under no circumstances shall iTronics Egypt be held liable for the loss, corruption, or breach of any software, data, photos, contacts, or custom configurations stored on your device during testing, diagnosis, or repair.
Advanced micro-soldering (e.g., CPU reballing, power IC work) or software restoration protocols carry an inherent risk of mandatory data erasure. We strongly advise backing up your data prior to service intake.
3. Warranties & Water Resistance
Manufacturer Warranty: Opening a device or executing unauthorized third-party repairs immediately voids any active manufacturer or official agent warranty.
Liquid Resistance Seals: While iTronics Egypt utilizes high-tier, specialized adhesives to reseal devices during reassembly, we do not guarantee factory-grade water or dust resistance post-repair. Devices should not be exposed to water or high-moisture environments after service.
4. Repair Warranty Terms
All successful hardware repairs executed by iTronics Egypt come with a limited service warranty, subject to the following criteria:
Coverage: The warranty applies exclusively to the specific parts replaced and the exact hardware failure addressed during the initial service. It does not cover new or unrelated faults.
Exclusions: The service warranty is instantly rendered null and void if the device exhibits signs of:
Post-repair physical drops, screen cracks, casing deformation, or internal structural pressure.
Liquid ingress, moisture exposure, or chemical corrosion.
Internal tampering or opening by any individual or entity outside of iTronics Egypt.
5. Diagnostic Fees & Abandoned Repairs
No-Repair / Rejected Quotes: In instances where our technicians diagnose a device and present a repair quote, but the customer chooses not to proceed, iTronics Egypt reserves the right to charge a fixed Diagnostic Fee to cover professional bench time, laboratory testing, and diagnostic consumables.
Unclaimed Devices Policy:
Customers must collect their devices within 30 calendar days from the date of completion or non-repair notification (sent via automated WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call).
Devices left uncollected beyond 90 calendar days will be legally classified as abandoned. iTronics Egypt reserves the absolute right to dismantle, recycle, or sell the abandoned property to liquidate and cover accumulated diagnostic, storage, and administrative costs.
6. Digital Consent & Policy Modifications
By submitting your device info online, receiving our automated digital check-in receipts, or checking in a device at our physical desks, you acknowledge and provide binding digital consent to these Terms of Service.
iTronics Egypt reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior individual notice. The latest version published on this URL will govern all active and future repair contracts.
